Athru Tyrannus (If I made Xenotyrannus)

As a show of good will to I did a review of your character and here is my own design keeping many of its traits but if I wrote the character.

Title: Tyrant God of Change

Species: Ancient Entity


In known observation of physical formation
Height: 120 meters
Length: 180 meters
Wing Span: 200 meters together
Weight: (Assumed) 120000 tons

Soul Type: The soul core of Change - the most pure expression of the SOUL able to manifest the powers of creation and progression to bend life to his will.

Abilities:

- Semi Omni Presence - as a god of evolution and change he has the ability within a an area roughly the size of a planet or gas giant and become Omni present within that area.
- Life Creation - Able to create life but sees it as a challenge to create the ultimate being as such the formation of Shin Gojira would be his most proudest moment as he saw the progress of what he saw to truly be a creature so prefect it could rival the gods.
- Pocket dimension creation - can creature and bring beings into dimensions he can create through his sheer godly determination
- Anti Matter Manipulation - pretty much dark energy but on a more metaphysical level that only beings that can exist upon other dimensions can create
- Immortality - as a god he can not truly die but his physical avatar could be destroyed only to reform within an undetermined amount of time.

Personality:
- Calm
- Collected
- Indifferent
      As a god he has no need for petty mortal concepts like mortality as it is his right and duty to create and continue the evolution of life to its more pure state

To races with morality he is also seen as
Morbid and Sadistic for how he goes about his business

Allies:
No One.
But  mainly relies on his minions like Azazel, The Diablotitans, the Hoarder kaiju swarms and their masters like Kolosalen, Bronroi, and Koteshki, Lucifer's Fury, the Hybrid Dinosaur Clan, Morrownin and his Husk Walkers, The Decepticons, Stalker and the Shadow Raptors (TRA),

Omega Flowey  , Chara  , W.D. Gaster  , Technotherium, The Anteverse Kaiju (Pacific Rim.), and Naitomea, aka, Shin Godzilla.


Foes:
The Humans, The Monsters from Undertale, including  Asriel, in all forms

Team Dinosauria, Team Raptor, and the Elite Raptors.

All Kaiju from the Earth Defenders,  including me and Mothra Lea, Aliens, Mutants, and GDF factions, and the Autobots.

Chara - you are but a paisa void who has not taken a true role in the flow of change and evolution.

Hmm what a juvenile statement from such a juvenile race your age reflects your ignorance

Chara - I am the demon that calls I have destroyed my timeline and I stood as God of that world

Haha God I guess beings like you can make a god laugh

You were able to continue through a timeline through a mere taste of determination

but you only could destroy it but you could not continue it

In the span of a minute there are but millions of options to preform

but that same minute could be replayed for eternity but not everything could be preformed within one minute that is what you fail to understand

I do not come to destroys I come to advance. it is through the flow of time in which evolution and through change that there can be perfection and then you can stand amongst the gods
